Amritsar, October 8, 2013- A seminar on ‘my city, my pride, my responsibility’ was held at Khalsa College Public School (KCPS) here . The seminar, dedicated to city founder Guru Ram Dass, was addressed by Balwinder Singh, head of Guru Ram Das School of Planning at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU). Singh stressed on concerted efforts to save the tangible and intangible heritage of the city, saying that it was necessary to save the old buildings, structures and historical sites.
