Gurdaspur, October 10, 2013- Deputy commissioner Abhinav Trikha announced a holiday in all government and semi-government offices, and all educational institutions in the district on October 15 to mark the death anniversary of Sant Baba Hazara Singh of Nikke Ghummanawale. However, the ongoing board and university examinations will be held as per schedule on that day.
